About the founder
Lindsey Lyman has helped Global Fortune 500 Companies grow through innovation, and has helped the leaders of these companies cultivate the capabilities to sustain innovation performance.
Lindsey is a 10-year veteran of McKinsey & Company, where she helped build McKinsey's global innovation practice, including co-developing McKinsey's Executive Education program on Innovation. Lindsey has advised clients on innovation topics including large-scale innovation transformations, developing innovation growth strategies, creating breakthrough innovation pipelines, designing and implementing new innovation processes, and building organizational capabilities in innovation, insights, and user-centered design. She has a deep passion for innovation in consumer-centric companies, however has worked across a wide range of industries spanning consumer goods, transportation & logistics, automotive, industrials, and basic materials.
Lindsey is currently a Clinical Faculty member of the University of Chicago Booth School of business where she teaches MBA and Executive Education courses on Entrepreneurship and Innovation Leadership. In addition to her teaching role, Lindsey coaches start-up founders through the tactics of starting and scaling entrepreneurial ventures, and is a hobby angel investor.
Lindsey holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she graduated with highest distinction. Lindsey lives near Chicago with her husband and three young children, and is on a mission to revive the piano and sewing hobbies of her youth.
